By registering for this class, I acknowledge that all sales are final and non-refundable. If I am unable to attend for any reason, I understand that my payment and spot are forfeited.
I understand this class involves food preparation and that Cakes by Baylee Ranae cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment. I voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation and release Cakes by Baylee Ranae from liability for injury, illness, loss, or damage that may occur.
I grant permission for photos and videos taken during the class to be used for promotional purposes. In the event the class is canceled by the host, a full refund or credit will be provided.
